Choosing Healthy Snacks in the Airport

  • 1 / 9

For some people, thre stress of traveling can be compounded by the tempting snacks surrounding you in the airport terminal. Candy, bagels, cinnamon buns, cookies — when you’re waiting to catch a flight and feeling hungry or anxious, these goodies seem to call out to you from every store. But having type 2 diabetes means you need to choose healthy snacks — there’s no free pass for the weary air traveler.
