PRESENTATION
Case Findings: A 7-year-old boy who recently immigrated to the U.S. from Nepal is brought in by his mother for evaluation of a hypopigmented patch on the extensor surface of his upper arm. She says he has had the spot for many months and it is very slowly enlarging. You notice that it is completely smooth.
